A One Week Mindful Creativity Practice

Do you want to commit or recommit to an aspect of your creativity?
Do you find that you benefit from having the accountability of a small group when it comes to setting goals?

If so, consider joining us for this short but effective program.

About the program
This is a week-long practice, led by creative coach Emily Mure, designed to help refresh your creativity by connecting (or reconnecting) you to yourself and your surroundings.
It includes two group Zoom sessions (see below for dates & times) and a week of self-directed (and group-supported) mindful creative work.

This practice can be useful for creators of all kinds and walks of life.  This includes anyone wanting to start a creative and mindfulness practice, anyone who has fallen out of their creative or mindfulness habits, or those who want to deepen these elements in their lives. It's simple, doesn't require much time, AND you will have the support of a certified creative coach and a small group of like-minded individuals.

The three major pillars and actions of this practice are to
(1) meditate (2) get outside, and (3) create

By going inward (meditation) and outward (getting outside) regularly, we start to cultivate presence as well as perspective, which helps foster creativity.
